## Per-Reel Manual Upload Steps

1. Open the correct Facebook Page as admin.
2. Create Reel/video upload.
3. Upload the MP4 from the direct URL or local file.
4. Paste the exact caption from `CURRENT_3_REELS_READY_PACK.md`.
5. Verify the preview:
   - correct page,
   - correct video,
   - Thai caption not truncated unexpectedly,
   - subtitles visible in the video,
   - page logo visible,
   - no accidental old/rejected version.
6. Publish manually only when the target page and caption are verified.
7. Copy the published Reel URL into `current_3_reels_launch_tracker.csv`.
8. Add/post the first comment.
9. After 24h, fill views, 3-sec hold, watch time, shares, comments, and follows gained.

## Safety Rules

- Do not use Graph API automation for these Reels while `(#200) pages_manage_posts are not available`.
- Do not use old/rejected MP4 versions from `/reel-prototypes`.
- Do not post the Trader Reel without the education disclaimer.
- Do not upload to the wrong Facebook Page; confirm page name before every publish.
- If a browser flow is used, run dry-run up to preview first and stop before the final publish click unless พี่โดฟ is actively supervising.

## Current Result

- พี่โดฟ final-approved the current three-Reel set on 2026-07-02.
- Launch prep files are ready.
- Actual Facebook publishing is still pending manual/browser upload execution.
